Had another beautiful self-nurturing morning at yoga class. I enjoyed one of the smoothies I made at my former cafe before venturing to the studio.

1 tsp. chia seeds
2 tbsp. almond butter
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 cup frozen kale
2 tsp. cocoa powder
